Today I’ve been doing a bit of research on Hitomi Gilliam, whom many of you may already know.
Hitomi is a celebrated floral designer from Canada. She is the creative director of Design358 and also works as a keynote lecturer, demonstrator, educator and a consultant in all aspects of the Art and Business of Floral Design.
Her design philosophy? “My philosophy to designing parallels Eastern studies – Ikebana thinking.”
Hitomi is only one of the five recipients of the American Institute oF Floral Designer’s (AIFD) prestigious Design Influence Awards.
