The Philadelphia Flower Show is North America’s largest and longest running flower show, and is being held at the Pennsylvania Convention Centre from Saturday 28th February until Sunday March 8th 2015.

This year, they will be rolling out the red carpet as top floral and garden designers use Disney and Disney Pixar films as inspiration for their exhibits. Guests will experience the magic of the movies as they walk through floral displays highlighting their favourite movies – from “Cars” to “Frozen”, to “Maleficent” and the new live-action film “Cinderella.”

In 2014 the Philadelphia Flower Show was honored with the Grand Pinnacle Gold award as the world’s top event by the International Festivals & Events Association, and in 2015 the Flower Show is set to reach new heights.

It’s Lights, Camera, Bloom!

Attendees will have unlimited access to acres of exhibits, but the Flower Show also offers additional attractions, such as live culinary demonstrations and a place to get crafty.  So it really does have something for everyone – not just those interested in floral design and floral styling, but also for people who are either experienced in floristry, or those just starting out in a floristry course.

Popular attractions returning in 2015 are:

Along with other great attractions such as:

  • Garden Tea – where you step into serene and elegant surroundings to enjoy the soothing music, beautiful flowers, and a delicious high tea.  This is the perfect respite from the other parts of the show.
  • The Butterfly Experience where you get to enter the magical world of butterflies.  Attendees will be treated to an interactive and fun exhibit where there will be 20 different species of butterflies (both domestic to North America, and some more exotic varieties).
  • Gene London’s Hollywood Collection – which is one of the finest privately, assembled collections of Golden Age Film wardrobe in the world.
  • Wine & Spirit Tastings and Pop Up Beer Garden.

Every guest will feel like a star and every garden will be a magical setting as the world’s great floral and landscape designers capture the beauty and spirit of the world’s great cinema.
